Get your Stocky data out before it goes

Shopify switches Stocky off on August 31, 2026, and says your history won’t move into Shopify automatically — historical purchase orders can’t be imported back in. There is read-only access for a while afterwards, but the safe move is to export now.

  1. 1. In Stocky, export what Shopify allows: completed purchase order reports, your stocktake history, and your historical cost data (CSV).
  2. 2. Drop those CSVs below. They are parsed in your browser.
  3. 3. Download a clean archive — including a supplier list rebuilt from your orders, which Stocky itself will not export.

Files are read in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored on our side.

After the export: what actually replaces Stocky

Shopify admin now covers transfers, basic purchase orders, adjustments and history reporting. What it doesn’t do is carry your cost and SKU onto a PO line, update your average cost when you receive, print labels for what just arrived, or run a barcode count with a variance. That is exactly what RestockDesk does, for $39 a month.
